DEVELOPMENT

Throughout the design development phase we will dive into the details of the scheme. We will specify finishes, fixtures, furniture, art, and accessories. After selections have been approved, we will compile everything into a design packet that will be presented to the client and contractor for reference during construction. The design packet will include all selections, schedules, and plans.
