PROCUREMENT

During the procurement phase, all finish, fixture, and equipment selections have been approved and ordering begins. We will review all quotes with the client prior to ordering. As orders are being fulfilled, we will be in constant contact with vendors to ensure all items will be arriving on promised delivery dates. We will also provide logistics coordination (scheduling deliveries, returning damaged goods, etc.).
